I’m already retired…what do I need to know?

What does retirement mean to you? People retire in different ways, and at different times. Even if you’re past State Pension age, you may not have retired yet. You may not have claimed your State Pension or another pension. Whatever your age, you may still have options about working and claiming pensions.

The State Pension is changing. Increases to the basic State Pension will be worked out differently in future. This should mean the State Pension rises faster than it does today.
